Unfortunately I threw most of the carrot cake in the trash. The cake was dense & needed more sweetener. The cream cheese frosting absolutely ruined it further. It was gritty, not creamy at all no matter how much liquid I added. The taste was artificial & awful. I won't buy this again. Bring back the yellow snack cake, that was good.
